John Martin helped me out at a difficult time with a work issue. His calm, measured demeanour and clear explanations helped me to understand my position and what the options were. His experience showed through as he asked me questions about my situation and the wider business and then took into account both when advising and helping to resolve the issue I was facing.

I had a really bad experience with Ciaran Montague. He managed my cases for a few months, but I noticed very quickly that his constant unpreparedness. I had to repeat myself all the time about facts, plus other mistakes. Each meeting was a great picture; I left and gave my case to another company that delivers professionalism from beginning to end. Avoid Ciaran and Martin & Co., and it was not good value for money.
