Enquired about a military claim for NIHL as I was in the armed forces 1984 to 1996. They accepted but then phoned me to say they cannot take on the claim as I joined the forces before 1987. This is wrong as my service continued on until 1996... so that is well after 1987. Not very knowledgeable on the parameters of what can be claimed. Other solicitor firms had no problem with the dates.
Susan was really helpful throughout my claim and kept me updated the whole way through. She explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had, and made the process much less stressful. She was professional, approachable and always easy to deal with. I’m really grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing legal support.

I had acid thrown in my face which has left scaring and a guilty conviction at trial but denied compensation.
