Consistently dropped the ball on my property transaction
I used PK on a property conveyance last March. I found that they were: 1) unresponsive, I would have to call multiple times to discuss my matter; 2) Did not take the necessary action promptly, which in turn had a major impact on the conveyance; 3) were not particularly experienced, because they failed to advise of risks that a reasonable solicitor would have advised on.
As a result of their poor service, it's been over a year, the conveyanve has not completed and I have potentially lost £70k.
I raised a complaint directly with PK in January, and they have still not responded and keep stalling me. I am now having to ask the SRA, Legal Ombudsman and an instructed lawyer to deal.
