Grossly neglectful of my transaction
I engaged the firm on an acquisition of a new build property. From start to finish, the guys were very neglectful & failed to advise me of material risks of the transaction. When I asked for advice on potential risks or asked if there were risks before exchange, they said no. They have a super high turnover, I counted about 6 different paralegals,trainees, conveyancers who handled my case within a 6 month period & they would each leave one after the other. I would call repetitively and I would get promises of a callback & in some instances not be called back. I would also ask for advice on specific points and they would not respond. I've lost over £50k and now having to bring professional negligence case. Its sorely disappointing that there are firms who show such disregard of their client's interests, all in the name of maximising profits. I would advise you to use a firm that is attentive to your case because I wouldn't wish the distress (the consultations with my therapist etc) financial losses etc on any hardworking investor who is paying for legal services.
