We have had an amazing service from Daniel Rich, Kate Alford and Sarah Powell amongst others within this team. They are all approachable, proactive and highly knowledgable. Always quick to update us and seem to have boundless patience navigating us through dealing with complex legal and accounting matters and taking care of the necessary interactions with HMRC. Their fees have been very reasonable especially considering the time they have taken to ensure we understand everything. This is a friendly, caring team and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone. You can get straight through to your solicitor or will get a call back within hours if they are busy elsewhere with a friendly and efficient office team. We have had a series of very painful bereavements and they have made dealing with probate as painless as possible. So compassionate but able to focus on what is needed. Daniel Rich in particular is a wizard with boundless knowledge and happily a good sense of humour and somehow able to explain the impossible.

I had a wonderful service and would definitely use and recommend this firm to everyone.

Recommend by the funeral director upon my mother’s death, Craig and his team were amazing from start to finish. Took all the stress away from me, including an agreed flat fee so no hidden surprises at the end. All services including house clearance, estate agent, insurance for unoccupied property etc, all organised in house, paid out of the estate along with the funeral. I can honestly say I really don’t know how I would have managed without them. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I was recommended Curtis Legal to handle my late father's estate and from the very first interaction they were very professional and empathetic. They effectively managed all financial aspects and communication to complete probate and close out payments. They also managed the conveyancing for a house sale including recommendations on an estate agent and house clearance which allowed the process run very smoothly . Overall I has a very positive experience and was impressed with their service and the ease of communication. I would and have recommended them to friends.
