I honestly cannot recommend Driscoll Young Solicitors highly enough. From the very beginning, they have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my neurodivergent son and, importantly, have treated him with patience, understanding, dignity and respect throughout. Communication has been exceptional. They have always been incredibly easy to get hold of, responded quickly to messages and calls, and have consistently kept us informed. At a time when things have been incredibly stressful, having solicitors who are approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to listen has made such a huge difference. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring, but what has stood out most to me is that they have taken the time to understand my son as an individual rather than simply seeing him as a case. That matters enormously when dealing with someone who is neurodivergent. I would also like to give a special mention to Oliver Jenkins, who dealt with us today.
