Couldn't have been smoother in terms of the help and guidance we got from Emma. We will ask for Emma next time we buy a house. We have genuinely never had a better service from a solicitor than from Emma O'Brien. She is an outstanding solicitor in every way. So personable and approachable while sticking to her guns on what is the right thing to do. She's also resourceful and worked hard to keep some of our costs down. An outstanding legal counsel. Efficient, empathetic and experienced. Thank you Emma!

It’s lovely to hear how well Emma looked after you and made the whole process easier. We really appreciate your kind words, Julia, and are glad you felt in such good hands. We look forward to helping you again when you next move home.
All we can say is an almighty "THANK YOU" to Emma and to Jackyln Dawson as a company in general. At the time we felt sorry that Rachel was leaving as she had been so helpful and approachable. However, we have to say, Emma has proved to be the most efficient, most diligent and most professional solicitor we have dealt with to date and at the same time incredibly easy to get hold of whenever we needed to, answering calls and emails almost immediately, which as I'm sure you know isn't always the norm with some solicitors but crucially important in maintaining peace of mind! Emma has the most down to earth, friendly and "anything is possible " attitude and managed to get us out of what could have been a very sticky situation with a calm, assurance that meant Edward and I didn't really stress unduly over. All in all, Emma has made the sale of our flat a very easy process and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Needless to say, Emma will be our number 1 choice of solicitors from now on and we have already primed her for our next, hopefully imminent sale, lol.
