From the moment my daughter and myself met with Angharad in the office we felt we were in safe hands. She subsequently visited myself and my husband at home on two occasions and explained everything to us so well. She set the wheels in motion for various things we'd requested and we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend her. During the past two years I have needed several different legal procedures - Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, a new Will and the settling of the estate of my late husband which included trusts. I instructed a professional who guided me patiently through all the necessary legal procedures and paperwork and who answered clearly the many questions I had regarding same . It was not an easy time for me or for my two sons but the professional was very understanding of my situation and offered kind words and strong support throughout and proved to be dependable, reliable, knowledgeable and approachable at all times.

We went to Bone & Payne to get out wills drawn up so it's difficult to compare them to anyone else as we've only ever had our wills done that once. What I can say was that everything was handled very efficiently. It probably helps that we don't have much to pass on so the wills were probably as straight forward as they come but all the work was carried out promptly and without delay.
