30 December 2024, I was arrested after a serious allegation was made against me. Frame Smith Solicitors provided me legal representation. Very impressed, took care of my welfare needs! Time was taken to explain the process and make sure I was being given all my rights . Legal advice and representation during my interview under caution was exceptional.

Do not judge a book by the cover. The offices used by Frame Smith in Ash were not what I expected I.e very basic with no secretary and I initially had my doubts about their capabilities.However when I met David I felt more comfortable with my choice. David represented me in court and did a very good job in what could have been an awkward case.The end result was as good as could have been expected.He made me feel very comfortable considering the circumstances and I think the fees are very reasonable for the service offered.I would certainly use David again and would recommend them to anybody that needs a solicitor for road traffic incidents

I sought advice after a vulnerable family member was investigated by the police, and placed under the Police Checkpoint Scheme. In a ten minute initial phone I received excellent concise advice from David Smith, and help was offered in the event my family member had to be interviewed by a second time at the police station by the police.

I had been seen holding my mobile phone on the M25 which would have resulted in a driving ban. I was extremely nervous about the case as it would have had dire consequances for my business if I were to be banned. David Smith had an excellent manner from the first moment I spoke to him. The result was that I was not banned as he helped to prove an "Exceptional Hardship" plea. We recently contacted Frame Smith & Co. regarding an arrest and false allegation against our son, and spoke with David Smith. David was very understanding and helpful on the telephone, and kindly agreed to meet us for a discussion with our son. The advice and information given by David was extremely useful and reassuring. Thankfully, very shortly after meeting with David, the police contacted our son to inform him no further action was being taking since the evidence did not match with the complainant’s account. However, had this gone further, we would definitely have instructed Frame Smith & Co to move forward with us so we could continue to benefit from their expert counsel.
