We employed this firm to deal with the inheritance tax on my late mothers estate, because the IR form was too complicated for us to do ourselves. It transpired the solicitor we were given had little or no idea how to do it either. I supplied all the necessary information and statements etc. but it still took her 4 months to get to a point where the form could be submitted. Absolutely clueless. To be fair the solicitor in question, Sam Mohieddin, doesn't work for Watson Thomas any more, but she should have been properly managed.

Emma Sanders provided excellent, prompt and very personal service dealing with my divorce case. She took the time to explain matters thoroughly and answered all the questions I had promptly. She was flexible and professional at all times. Thank you.
