Does not communicate well at all
They did my conveyancing for a house sale. The basics were done (ie the sale went through), but the communication leading up to it was really poor. Didn’t acknowledge receipt of emails or documents when requested, ignored questions about the conveyancing forms and did not once return my phone calls. I also had a question on my bill which they chose to ignore. I’d definitely not use them again. At a stressful time of sale, a few brief responses would have put me at ease but they couldn’t be bothered to do that.
