Incompetent is far to good a word for this firm

Go else where . Don't get involved with this lot . Can't say what I want as it stops you using defamatory language.

Wonderful effortless Conveyancing

We used Matthew Yarham of the Romsey Office and are so glad that we were advised to use him and the services of the Romsey team,
Due to a sudden death we had to sell a property which all happened during lockdown. Matthew was excellent and nothing was too much for him.
The second property has recently completed again with hard work from Matthew and the Footner Ewing team.
Our third property is due to complete this coming week and Matthew will have a hat trick of successful sales for us. Well done - it really is appreciated

Worst solicitor in Southampton

These guys are the worst solicitors in Southampton by a country mile.

Passed my case from locum to locum and charged me £1000 for effectively not doing any actual work as both my cases were abortive.
totally inept and the old receptionist there used to be so rude, can't speak for the new girl as she seemed ok.

Unresponsive. Contradictory advice. Wasted 1 month of our time.

An entirely unsatisfactory service. An un-joined up service between conveyancing and family solicitors. An unresponsive family law solicitor. Contradictory advice from the conveyancing solicitor. After one month of trying to make contact with the family law solicitor who never returned calls or e mails my wife suddenly received, without prior discussion, a letter returning her fee with a half apology stating that they are not able to deal with her. They had even already sent the vendors sale package back to their solicitors. How do you think that looked to them. Reassurances had to be made to the vendors that my wife's intention to purchase had not changed. Forget these people at Footner & Ewing. They are unprofessional.

Brilliant

Absolutely fantastic efforts. Despite major problems, they gave 150% in sorting everything out. A long haul but we eventually reached a conclusion after many weeks. I must say that the main problems were from the other persons Solicitors.
