I have acted with power of attorney or as executor for five estates over the past 12 years, and Parker Bullen has easily been the best law firm I have dealt with in that respect. The most recent estate was wound up in 11 months, and the support we received from Chris Smith and Ashley Partridge could not have been better. Regular and clear communication from Chris was very helpful to enable me to manage my own communications with beneficiaries and other agencies dealing with the estate. I should also mention Jo Tedd as the conveyancing solicitor who was most helpful and understanding in selling the vacant property in the estate. Many thanks to everyone at Parker Bullen.

We recently created our wills (during will month) and the detail and expertise from Chris in the Romsey office was fantastic. He got us thinking of things we hadn't thought about and really covered all the bases for us.
Could not fault the speed we could do this and attention to detail.
This is a weight off our minds now and we had been putting it off for a very long time - no need to as this was one of the easiest ways ever, should of done it years ago!
All the staff were very friendly and super efficient. Would definitely recommend, and would use them again in future if needed.

I contacted Parker Bullen when they offered a free consultation for volunteers and clients of Romsey Cancer Support Centre (Jane Scarth House). My husband had died and I had to write a new Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney, which was difficult for me but had to done. Hannah Goodeve understood my needs and helped me through the whole process. She was friendly, professional, efficient and kind. It was useful having face-to-face meeting. I have had dealing with six solicitors over the past 16 years to settle estates of relatives. I wish I known of Parker Bullen for my husband’s estate. Two of the six solicitors, I would not recommend to anyone. However, I would have no hesitation in recommending Parker Bullen, especially to those in my situation.

I have worked with Sarah and later Terri for the past five years through my divorce, financial settlement order, child arrangements order. More recently Terri has supported me with a co-habitation agreement and updating my will, specific issues with my ex-husband including specific issues orders such as secondary school placements and changes to my original child arrangement order. They have both helped me to deal with my legal issues with dignity and respect at very difficult and challenging times when I have felt like doing anything but that.
My circumstances with my ex-husband are on the extreme end of the scale and it has meant that attention to detail and using the correct wording has been key to obtaining the right result for an easier life. I would highly recommend Terri, her attention to detail and anticipating all the possible angles has been exceptional. She is extremely hard working, caring and dedicated to getting the right result for her client.
I can’t thank Terri enough for all she has supported me with lately, issues with my ex-husband are never easy to resolve and I’m sure she must dread seeing my name on her call back list! There have been a lot of times when I have felt like giving up or I wasn’t sure what to do next or how to deal with a situation and I can’t thank Terri enough for being there to support me through those times. For as long as Terri is happy to work with me, I will continue to work with her on any future legal issues.
