Superb help when its needed

We have used Parker Bullen for more than 30 years for family matters, property sales and purchases, commercial leases and professional advice all very succesful. Recently Mary Mowbray held our hand on a longwinded lease renewal and Giles Bevan-Thomas on an unusual sale. Both very satisfactory. Throughout they worked on our side with clear advice, tenacity and determination. We have no hesitation in recommenmding them and the firm for great knowledge and a professional and thorough approach to the problem.

Difficult sale of property

I have just completed a very protracted and difficult sale of a property. The difficulties did not relate directly to the property itself but to a whole host of unexpected and unforeseen problems. Parker Bullen, and Amy Cushing in particular, very diligently worked though these issues and a resolution was eventually achieved. I was not directly the client but the economic beneficiary which made matters more difficult. Very happy with outcome
