We had a difficult prospective buyer who through his solicitors (changed half way) made all sorts of demands and queries and ended up gazundering with threat attached. We eventually sold the property successfully at auction. Throughout this over a year long process, we were able to face the challenges due to the efficient and sensitive handling of the case by our lawyer Linda White.

Lisa listened carefully to our wishes and understood them completely. There was no attempt to oversell or offer anything more thanwed asked for. She explained probate and death duties fully. Inbetween draft and completion her communication was clear and precise. She left ample time for questions. We got exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with the service.

I needed to progress 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys. Whilst I throughly read the government process and information on this I wanted to ensure that these documents were prepared effectively for my attorneys ( family) if needed in the future. I approached Parker Bullen who had prepared my will e years previously. In contacting their office Ms Lisa Mckellar promptly provided me with the quotation I requested and we arranged a meeting . Ms McKellar throughout the whole process has been diligent, professional and made the whole process easy for me to make my decisions and complete necessary paperwork. All the staff I encountered were friendly & helpul. Highly recommend.
