    Responsive, approachable, persevering, professional

    Louise was my solicitor for the purchase of my first home. As a first time buyer, I inevitably had lots of questions, but Louise took the time to answer all of them thoroughly and directly. What should have been a straightforward chain free transaction was complicated by some complexity on the sellers' side, and Louise managed it seamlessly from my perspective. I can't thank Louise enough for making my first time buying a home as stress free as possible, I will absolutely be using Louise/Parker Bullen in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone else.

    Superb from start to finish

    Louise was amazing from start to finish, always calm and concise with her requests and detailed in her explanations. She kept me updated and listened when I had a concern, she explained what she was going to do and kept me informed on progress. Supported by Lucinda they both made sure the sale and purchase went as smoothly as they can in the rather convoluted world of conveyancing. I would highly recommend using Parker Bullen and in particular, Louise to anyone wanting efficient, honest, top notch service

    Excellent professional service

    Both Louise and Lucinda at Parker Bullen have supported my elderly mother with excellent professional service and advice on purchasing her new bungalow.     Excellent experience using Louise Taylor of Parker Bullen and her assistant Lucinda Grimes to pay off our Help to Buy Equity Loan in full.
