Sarah joined Parker Bullen as a Partner leading our Witney office which opened in October 2022. Working alongside Niki Coombes, Sarah is able to offer individuals, businesses and families in Witney and the wider Oxford area support in a number of areas including Employment Law, Family Law and advice for those in the Armed Forces, with a specialist knowledge of Armed Forces Pensions being a recommended adviser for the Forces Pension Society. Those from the military community find Sarah’s unique insight from her previous experience serving in the Armed Forces and working within the Ministry of Defence invaluable. She is able to advise on any Service legal problem whether that is a civil dispute, conduct issue, Service Complaint, Discipline and Administrative Action, Armed Forces Compensation or Family matter, such as a divorce or separation. In addition to her military and Family work, Sarah also has a keen interest and vast experience in acting for employers and employees in both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters, ranging from contracts, policies and processes, litigation in Employment Tribunal, as well as employee relations concerns and Settlement Agreements. Civil Litigation is also an area of practice for Sarah, in particular landlord and tenant, contractual disputes and rights of way.

    Military Might - Outstanding Support in a Difficult Divorce Case

    I cannot thank Sarah enough for her exceptional support and professionalism during one of the most challenging periods of my life. My ex-husband acted as a litigant in person and was extremely intransigent and obstructive, which led to constant delays and unnecessary frustration throughout the process. What should have been straightforward often became drawn out and stressful.
