Alison joined the Residential Property team in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives with over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. She is an Associate of the firm, heading up the team in our Andover office. Specialising in both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity and equity release, Alison has built up a productive working relationship with estate agents in the area, and is renowned for getting the job done as efficiently as possible. During her years of working in property, Alison has an appreciation for the challenges that can arise due to the nature of the work.     House Sale From Overseas
