We trusted this firm to handle the straightforward estate of our late mother and her husband among eight beneficiaries. Instead, we were met with shocking delays, zero transparency, and a complete lack of empathy. 1. Years of Unjustified Delays & Silence • The Timeline: It took an inexcusable three years to distribute our mother’s estate, and four and a half years for her husband's. • No Transparency: We were subjected to months of silences followed by sudden, stressful updates. They blamed outside factors but never provided proof, and we still haven't received vital tax justification documents. 2. A Cruel Disregard for Human Decency This firm claims to be a caring "family solicitor," but they hid behind dishonesty and evasiveness. When confronted, they became defensive, showing absolutely no remorse for the distress they caused. 3. Deep Emotional Harm • Hurting the Vulnerable: Most of the eight beneficiaries are over 70. Forcing them to spend years of their lives waiting is just cruelty. No money can fix that. • Dishonouring Our Mother and her Husband: These people trusted this firm with their legacy. They would be utterly horrified and hurt to see how their children have been treated. Conclusion These solicitors have failed to justify a 4.5-year delay or provide our tax paperwork. We have officially escalated our complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. If you are looking for a solicitor, save yourself these feelings of deep disgust and heartache. Go somewhere else, there must be some decent solicitors out there!

They never represented me properly..... at court, the representative was asking basic questions of me which should have been revised by her before turning up. This company seems bent on getting money up front and not proving a proper service. This has now been taken to the Ombudsman...
