We have used Warings in Hythe a number of times. Recently Warings assisted the sale of our bungalow. Andrea, Lynn and the team were friendly, professional and thorough at all times. We engaged the Waring Partnership to sell our old property and to buy a new one. Our main contact was Lynn Freeman who without a doubt helped us with every aspect of our rather long and arduous journey having had 2 properties fall through due to bad survey reports. Lynn made a special effort in keeping us updated at all times and made herself available as and when we were able to pop into the office as well as allowing us to print off a number papers as we were living in our motorhome with no access to a printer. Poor communication, no attention to detail would absolutely avoid if using to move house. Took a year and a half for straightforward answers and ended in us being financially liable for issues dated back to 2007, 13 years before we bought the property, despite me having flagged the potential issue to Rebecca and being told there would not be one prior to the move.
