Incorrect legal information was given by the receptionist, who then refused to provide my daughter with information relating to her own property. When this was raised, the issue was not corrected and responsibility was not taken. I personally witnessed the entire phone call. My daughter remained polite and only became frustrated after repeated attempts to obtain clarification. She spoke to other staff members the same day without issue, showing her behaviour was not the problem. This followed a previous contact a week earlier where a return call was promised but never received. A subsequent email from a solicitor failed to address the original concern. Overall, this demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would advise others to consider their options carefully before using this firm.

I had an unexpected consumer law problem regarding a very expensive tailor made item, sold as weatherproof but which leaked very badly at the first sign of rain. I wrote to the manufacturer within 30 days of its delivery rejecting the suit as not fit for its intended purpose and not of suitable quality, requesting a refund. The manufacturer defended its products. Seeing that I was facing a stressful and protracted legal fight for my rights I contacted DF Legal and was put in touch with their Head of Litigation, Kam Zaman. Kam was incredibly calm and helpful and gave me a huge amount on confidence about my case and what I should do next. He also stressed how DF Legal tries hard to minimise its costs. I acted on Kam's advice and some 2 weeks later received the requested refund. I doubt that I would have pushed this as hard as I did for a satisfactory conclusion if I had not had Kam's backing. All through this stressful and time consuming period I had Kam's calm and proactive advice giving me confidence. Thank you Kam and I'll be using DF Legal for all my legal needs in future.

Absolutely appalling service from this firm who handled my late mother's estate. Their communication was poor, their manner dismissive and their service unprofessional. I was passed from person to person after mistakes were made and no apology was ever made, nor did they finish the job for which they were paid.

Fantastic throughout! Commutation was amazing. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. I will be using them again in the future!
