An excellent and efficient service all round with my recent house move. Gerard was very informative from the outset concerning the moving process. My main contact was then with Kerry, who dealt with the conveyancing process until completion. Kerry is a very knowledgeable lady, and was so helpful and supportive during some quite stressful moments. She was always willing to answer my many questions during our phone conversations. Everything from start to finish was explained in great detail. A first class service and would highly recommended.

From the outset Kerry was most professional and knowledgeable as well as responsive to email and calls. The case was handed to Gerard for exchange when Kerry took annual leave and the transfer was seamless. Although it may be tempting to use an estate agent-recommended conveyancer, I would happily pay a little extra knowing that the case is being handled efficiently. In the days of switchboards and options it is refreshing to have a phone call answered within two rings by the person who knows your case. Highly recommended!

I was concerned to make a new will as part of last year's Will Aid campaign. I have a long history of supporting Will Aid from when it started in 1988. Lever & Co were participants in the current scheme. Everything proceeded as it should and the Will was drafted expertly. Katherine Heller was professional and gave clear advice which I followed. We recently used Lever and Co. to handle the sale of a property in Italy. I can honestly say Angela and her team are the most professional, timely and thorough Public Notary I have used (and I have used several in the East Anglia area in the last few years). I don't agree with the reviewer on cost, the services I used were reasonably priced and competitive when compared to similar services. I will be using her services again and will be recommending Lever & Co. to associates, friends and families from this point.
Very satisfied with Lever and co who drew up a trust will for my late mother and step father several months back. Gerard was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help, would definitely seek their services again in the future. 5 stars.
