Helpful, efficient and easy to contact!
We recently used Paul Berg & Taylor whilst buying a house in Harpenden and they were wonderful - I would definitely recommend! Tricia Merrett was approachable and easy to contact, which was really valuable as we're first time buyers so had no experience of the process and we were apprehensive as we'd been told by friends/family that contacting solicitors can be difficult and a potential stressor during the process, but we had the opposite experience with PB+T! Tricia answered all our questions (even the probably obvious ones), and when she wasn't available we were able to speak to someone else who carried the process along. It was also all really efficiently done from our perspective and the steps were all communicated clearly, which we really appreciated as we had a slightly rushed timeline.
