First time buyers - excellent service

My partner and I were recommended this firm by our estate agent when buying our first home.

What most say is a stressful life event was made so easy for us. Richard and Julie explained everything in simple terms and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Their fees are worth the service if you want a smooth experience - you pay for what you get.

Such a professional and trust worthy company. 100% recommend and will definitely be clients again in the future.

We were recommend to go with Archer Rusby solicitors by our estate agent. I know they get kick backs but made sense to go with them as they were local so I could at least go to an office if I needed to get in touch. Wasn't necessary really. Nicky Bevan dealt with most the matters for us but initially her assistant was dealing with us and both of them were quick at responding, I'd say pretty much on the day I emailed with a question I'd get a reply and even if it was a holding reply saying they'll look into it, I found that very decent! They handled sale of our property and purchase of a new one. As far as I'm concerned it went smoothly and I felt in very good hands. They knew what they were doing! Thumbs up from me

Outstanding service

Michelle Grant dealt with our sale and purchase and her support, service and expertise throughout was outstanding. House transactions can become quite stressful but we felt reassured by Michelle during the entire process. There were a number of hurdles and she guided us through each step, providing excellent advice and ensuring we had all the information we needed. We felt in very safe hands, her attention to detail and was superb and she is the most efficient person I know! I wouldn't hesitate to instruct Michelle again and would highly recommend her.

Hardworking and professional

Michelle Grant worked on our house sale and was absolutely brilliant! It was a particularly difficult sale, with a long chain and many issues. Throughout the whole process Michelle was professional and worked hard to overcome the obstacles. She was in complete control and helped make a stressful sale much easier. We've worked with Michelle previously and we've always been happy. I have already recommended her to friends who are buying.

So helpful and generous

I did not go as far as to instruct, but Michele and Sarah were so very helpful in assisting me with advice by email and phone, so that I could find the help that I needed. They also ensured that I did not spend out unnecessarily by informing me that prior advice I had received (from another source) was incorrect, and work I had been told was essential, was not - very honest!
Very rare to find a company that will donate their time in this way without remuneration.
Based on my experience they will be my first choice for the future.

Amazing service from amazing people. Made it so easy and comfortable with moving into my first/new home! It’s such a stressful time regardless but Richard made it so much easier throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend and I certainly know where I’m going if I move house again!
