I wish I had read reviews before taking their service a year and a half ago! The process from start to finish took so long! Communication was awful! I was constantly chasing and still it took months. It’s been a year and a half and my property still hasn’t been registered with land registry! I emailed complaints teams with zero response, emailed leaders etc also to be ignored. Now the business has closed. I mean, no wonder really! And they had the audacity to ask me to leave a 5* review after the abysmal service!

Nearly eight months in on a NO CHAIN purchase, wym continue to be completely non-contactable. It would have been easier to take my own qualification and do it myself. Still not even an exchange date, no reply to repeated emails, messages on their portal ( that does not work), or dozens of voicemails ( as they never answer the phone). Use this company and you will regret it. Awful, as a grading, is flattering.

Sadly, I came across this conveyancing firm trough home legal direct and had a very bad experience, avoid both by all means. No progress/results for more than 3 months, no reply to any of my attempts to find what's happening and they use short phone call scheme to register that they contact costumer but you can't answer and no reply if you try to call back. Don't w.ste time, money and mental health with this company

Sadly used WYM for two jobs, a sale and a purchase. Both experiences were awful. The purchase completed and we moved in over 2 months ago and we are still waiting for final completion statements and we are owed over £1000 which they incorrectly have invoiced us for. Communication has been the worst issue, constantly having to phone, email and chase simple things. There home working/IT set up is not up to standard. They do not return calls, emails, and this has got worse since completing. Team Shetal was the worse of the two teams we were using, with her colleague Racha. The other parties solicitors, our estate agent and mortgage adviser plus removal company have said how awful this company has been to deal with. On one occasion I was sent another customers address and bank details. We have been chasing a resolution to these problems for months with a full investigation promised by Shetal but since completion NOTHING. Despite "completion" they have not completed our cases as they have not been able to provide final completion statements, multiple have been issued with errors within them. We have raised a case and working with the financial ombudsmen to get this resolved. Frustratingly I think it would only take an hour to wort this out, but nobody at WYM seem to want to answer our calls, emails. Next step is logging this with the Police. We just want our case resolved and monies refunded for the incorrectly invoiced. Sadly this has been the most stressful thing either myself and partner have been through and we do not wish others to have to go through this. Please, please do not use this company.
