DO NOT use this “solicitor”

What a joke!!! Only reason he still has a job is because he breaks you to the extent you can’t even function in daily life let alone even attempt to go through any more dealing with another “solicitor “ or court etc! Luckily you get 6 years to complain because trust me you’re going to need that amount of time to get over the mental breakdown you suffer after!

Worst ever

They represented my ex wife during our divorce.......I felt sorry for HER!!!!!

Are divorce Absolute was awarded sept 2020.

She had NO idea we were divorced!!!!!

Only when I remarried in Jan 2022, she and her solicitors tried to report me for bigamy.

Only then for her to find out from my solicitors and the courts we had been divorced for a year and a half!!!!!

She was using them with legal aid. These guys don't care as long as they get paid.

Avoid at all costs. Really couldn't believe the stress they had out her under.

I used Gill Turner Tucker of Maidstone. Literally steamrolled this lot.

I will forever be grateful and in awe of this wonderful woman, who treated me like a human being. I never had anyone fight so hard for my side.

DISGUSTING company

The original phone call I had with Kirsty was fine, told me to get my details sent across to her which I did. I paid for a letter etc and got them emailed over. I was told that I had an appointment two weeks later which I waited for, she never called. I sent emails and called several times after this and I was ignored. When I did get through I was hung up on about 3 times. I was told to call back at a specific time which I did only to be told that I had not got the correct information (which I wasn't told about) and spoken to like absolute dirt. She told me she didn't want to work with me she is too busy. I've now wasted 3 weeks and back to square one. Avoid this company at all costs especially if you require legal aid! Disgusting vile woman, very surprised she is still in employment.

We had to all but do the work ourselves

Conveyancing team ever changing, the fee earner and their less than well versed, telephone-answering colleagues kept changing without any handover and we had to bring each one up to speed. Documentation not raised to an acceptable standard first time and when we wrote a polite but formal letter of complaint all matters raised were steadfastly denied by the Partner accountable. A firm that cannot listen to its customer is dying and if we could offer one 'word' of advice it would be to just let that deterioration happen naturally without getting yourselves in a tangle with them. Shhh they are trying to sleep.
