I have recently used Aimee Cox she was so thorough, persistent, fair and transparent in the communication I received from her . "The support she provided me was excellent professional and friendly never making me feel uneasy if I did not understand anything and would explain everything in great detail, I am so pleased I found Aimee she was by far the best solicitor I have used I have now recommend her to a friend

Excellent divorce solicitor

I chose Alison as my divorce solicitor because she was friendly and helpful from the very first telephone contact. Throughout a painful process, she remained calm, level-headed, direct, fair and supportive. She understood the provocations and tricks of the opposite side, and her sensible and competent approach avoided further complications.
She was always respectful of both of us with always my best interests at heart. I was very grateful to have such a reliable, trustworthy person to deal with the divorce.

I’ve retained Jo Spain as my solicitor for dealing with my divorce. Although we have problems getting responses from my husbands solicitor, she nevertheless persisted in a professional manner and got the information required. It took longer than I hoped, but that was no fault of Jo’s.
Throughout the procedure she kept me informed and was very supportive when I needed it. I have no hesitation in recommending her or her practice as her staff will also very efficient.

I used Spain Williams to help with a property ownership dispute. Alison Cook handled my case, and I’m glad she did. She had alot of knowledge on the subject, was very responsive to my concerns and questions, and was able to get me exactly the outcome that I wanted when we first discussed the matter. I was lucky enough to stumble across Alison just when I needed her.I'd spent £250 for an introductory meeting with another firm, who gave me no more information than the CAB.My first meeting with Alison was free,she got straight to the point and followed up the meeting with an email outlining what we had discussed and guidance for the next steps.She dealt with my challenging ex brilliantly and kept me brave when I would've given in to the threats and let him win. Ultimatel, what separates Alison from the rest is that she is human.She is very approachable and honest with expectations, I do believe with a different solicitor I wouldn't have had such a great outcome.The office is based out of town with parking so is convenient to drop paperwork off.I can't recommend Alison highly enough she was efficient, conscientious and understanding.Don't hesitate to use her services.

Fantastic experience with Jo Spain of SpainWilliams.....she made the whole awful and emotional business of divorce so much simpler. Although Jo's office was based in Ashford I never had to travel there once!! Jo communicated with me via email and telephone and was always available if something cropped up that worried me. I can't express enough how grateful I was for SpainWilliams services.
