Good guidance was provided throughout the process, accurate information was provided which helped in managing my expectations regarding timeframe and costs. A professional team providing a good service, I would recommend this firm.
Contacted them twice and twice assured I would get a callback within a few hours. A complete waste of almost 3 days of my life waiting to speak to them.
Sorry for the delay in responding to your messages. We would usually aim to respond within 2 working days but we have been experiencing an extremely high demand for our services over the last few weeks meaning that it occasionally takes us longer to return some messages.
