I was injured by an uninsured driver who knocked me over when the car drove onto the pavement. Tim got compensation for me from the Motor Insurers' Bureau, the Insurers' Bureau didn't offer me anything until after Tim had arranged court proceedings to be issued. I was then made two offers of settlement which I rejected on Tim's advice. I was happy to accept a final improved offer - great result.

Tim put in a great deal of effort on my claim where we successfully challenged the design of a local cycle path following my accident which left injuries on my face. The claim took over two years to reach a conclusion and Tim was very helpful at each stage and guided me through. He arranged for professional reports to be carried out, as well as a medical examination. He also talked me through examples of similar cases from all over the country to help me make decisions where necessary until the settlement at the end. Thanks Tim for a your communication and readiness to help.
