Had such a positive experience of selling my mother’s house with Debbie Chester as my solicitor. Always professional but so approachable and accessible, Would not hesitate to recommend her and her secretary Chloe, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. My purchase was delayed, even though there was 4.5 months to complete and a clear timeline communicated for when my lease ended, and I did not feel supported at all. Many emails were ignored and incorrect information was relayed to me more than once. There was no drive from my representation to chase completion. The delay resulted in having to source alternative accommodation and storage last minute which was a huge unexpected expense and stress. Once my purchase finally came through I was not excited, merely drained.

I was very nervous as this was my first purchase of a property and had hundreds of things I did not know, and made me worried. Spencer McGuire was super professional, thorough and helped me in each step of the way, always helping in minimising costs as well. He always answered all my questions and asked the most minute details from the sellers solicitors that were important to me. He also managed to get us to complete 2 days before the Easter holiday allowing me to move comfortably. I really cannot praise him and the company enough, five stars do not seem enough.

Debbie Chester is super amazing, efficient, great communicator. She always reponds to enquiries quickly. She kept me involved in decisions throughout the process from strat to finish, answered all my enquiries with speed. I would definately use her again if I moved again. Also, her PA Chloe always followed my instructions and supported me with an update each time I called. It was even better service as I could alwys speak direct with Debbie who always returned my email enquiries and calls almost immediately.
