I highly recommend Lauren Stanley from Stilwell & Singleton, who dealt with the sale of my late mother's property at auction. There were tight deadlines to prepare the legal pack in preparation for the auction date, followed by a short timescale to complete afterwards. All was achieved efficiently and communication remained excellent throughout the whole process.
