I was recently knocked over by a car whilst crossing the road The driver caused the accident through driving without due care and attention Clive Bennett acted as an advocate on my behalf against the driver of the car He succeeded in claiming a substantial amount of compensation from the drivers insurance company Clive kept me informed every. step of the way The company provided the names of expert medical advisors should the claim have proceeded to court However the argument that Mr Bennett presented to the drivers insurance company was so robust that presentation before the Court was unnecessary and the insurance company agreed to settle the claim
