Outstanding Service from Isabel Middleton, Highly Recommended We honestly cannot recommend Isabel Middleton from Kingsley Bond highly enough. From the very beginning, Isabel was absolutely brilliant. What stood out most to us was how down to earth, genuine and personable she was. She never made us feel like just another client or a number on a file. She was approachable, understanding and always there when we needed her. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with a chain, but Isabel went above and beyond to keep everything moving. She pushed things forward when they needed pushing, communicated with those above and below us in the chain, and genuinely seemed determined to get the best possible outcome for us. She was always willing to help, explain things clearly and, when necessary, move heaven and earth to get things done. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting us through the process and into our new home. Would we recommend Isabel? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a solicitor, we would highly recommend considering an independent, personal service rather than a large corporate firm where you can feel like just another client. For us, Isabel provided exactly the kind of service we hoped for: personal, professional, honest and incredibly supportive throughout our house purchase. Patience, great communication, and plenty of information has been provided throughout and they've always been willing to listen to and answer any questions or queries without problem. We used Kingsley Bond for conveyancing. They were responsive and efficient, with good attention to detail. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm and would use again.

Unfortunately poor experience which began with months of no contact when a solicitor had left the team and no-one had taken over our case. This was only resolved once we escalated to senior management via LinkedIn ! Even now a year and a half later we are having issues. The name is Daniel Kessie if you want to find me on your system.

We cannot recommend Freya highly enough. She acted for us through a very challenging house buying journey, including a previous transaction that unfortunately fell through and our eventual successful purchase. Throughout the process she was professional, patient, thorough and always willing to explain legal matters in a way we could understand. She guided us through numerous enquiries, title issues, planning questions and chain complications, giving us confidence that everything was being dealt with properly. What really stood out was her communication and dedication. She was always approachable, kept us informed, and never made us feel that any question was too much trouble. After everything we experienced with our previous purchase, having someone we could trust and rely on made a huge difference. Very disappointed with the service. I was given a fixed fee, only to be hit with an unexpected £300 extra charge that I was never informed about. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly for both answers and money I was promised. Not the level of professionalism or transparency I expected.
