We cannot recommend Freya highly enough. She acted for us through a very challenging house buying journey, including a previous transaction that unfortunately fell through and our eventual successful purchase. Very disappointed with the service. I was given a fixed fee, only to be hit with an unexpected £300 extra charge that I was never informed about. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly for both answers and money I was promised. Not the level of professionalism or transparency I expected.

Kingsley Bond were recommended by my mortgage advisor for my remortgage + redemption of a Help To Buy loan. Matthew Le Bas was my assigned mortgage assistant and i'm very happy with his service. There were a few moments where the process seemed confusing to me, but Matthew was always able to answer my questions. This isn't a process I plan to go through often so I don't have much to compare with, but I have no complaints about the service I was provided :)

I can't recommend Liz Veness highly enough. The purchase of our first home became extremely stressful on the day of exchange and completion, and I can honestly say that without Liz's years of experience and unrivalled knowledge of the legal system, we could have incurred significant additional costs. Her expertise and calm approach made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate. I will absolutely be using Liz again whenever we next move and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a property.
