Victoria was amazing from the beginning when dealing with our house purchase. Being first time buyers, we didn't have much experience in how the legal side of buying a house worked. Victoria was there every step of the way providing support and quick responses to any emails sent. Victoria went away for a brief period but handed us over to colleges who handed our exchange perfectly! Could not recommend Kingsley Bond enough!

We honestly cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly efficient. She was always quick to deal with paperwork, respond to emails and return phone calls, making what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel so much more manageable. To say our move wasn’t straightforward would be an understatement! We had a complicated chain and our own house presented its fair share of unexpected issues along the way. Throughout it all, Victoria remained calm, reassuring and completely on top of everything. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She even came to our home to help with paperwork when needed, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference. It perfectly sums up the level of care and service she provides. As completion approached, Victoria was due to go away for a long weekend. Rather than leaving us worried, she made sure we felt completely confident in the colleague covering her work. The handover was seamless, communication remained excellent and everything continued to run smoothly. We were especially grateful for this, particularly as other solicitors elsewhere in the chain didn’t provide the same level of continuity, which unfortunately caused delays and frustration. Victoria has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She combines professionalism with genuine kindness, and we always felt that she truly cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you, Victoria, for everything you’ve done.
