This was the second attempt at a sale as the previous buyer pulled out due to issues on their end. This transaction literally picked up where we left off and I was kept updated throughout the process. This transaction went well and we exchanged contracts within my stated time period I had agreed with the buyer. The process was managed well and I would have no hesitation in using their services again.
