    Fantastic service from Laura..

    I am extremely pleased with the service Laura has provided. Her communication throughout the entire processed was excellent.     Super Helpful

    After an incredibly bad experience with our previous solicitor - our estate agent who had dealt with Louise on a couple of occasions recommended us getting in touch with her as she had personally dealt with Louise as the agent on the matter, just through luck and had been really impressed - we can't thank Louise enough for picking up the pieces and helping us through this really awful time. She was helpful, sensitive to our matter and always answered the phone. We were so happy with the outcome and the way Louise pulled everything back together and making sure the chain didn't collapse.

      Worked with Guy Fernbach and team on a trickier than usual purchase (leasehold, with assignment license). Despite the transaction taking a long time (6 months +) the team at KB were unfailingly responsive, patient, and professional. For my next transaction, I would not go to anyone else. Great team.
