    Worked with Guy Fernbach and team on a trickier than usual purchase (leasehold, with assignment license). Despite the transaction taking a long time (6 months +) the team at KB were unfailingly responsive, patient, and professional. For my next transaction, I would not go to anyone else. Great team.
