Caitlin represented me in a case with my childs dad for about 3 years this case went on for. She was supportive, helpful and such a lovely woman. She's fantastic and professional and is communicative through all the process. I cannot thank this amazing women enough and all the team at freelands. Guardianship Order.
At my initial enquiry/appointment with Solicitor, Caitlin Gilbert, the Guardianship process was clearly explanined. Thereafter, I agreed to engage Caitlin to present the application to the Court and that basically was all I had to do from a legal standpoint. The Court process is not quick but I was kept informed throughout. When the order was granted then began the full interaction with the OPG. There was an omission in the initial Gurdianship Order which was soon rectified. There were also a few issues unrelated to to the order which were handled swifty by Caitlin and the office staff. Caitlin was always at the end of an email if I had any questions or queries the needed explaining. A first class service throughout.

Long battle with success
Having had to transfer to Freelands from another firm of solicitors due to solicitor leaving my case was taken on by Caitlin Gilbert at Freelands. The first stage of my case now completed, thanks to the professionalism of Caitlin and Vanessa, and keeping me updated at the conclusion of every hearing. Caitlin is one of friendliest and professional lawyer around. She made me feel at ease right away and nothing was to much bother. Everything was handled in a quick professional and efficient manner . Helped when no one else would
