Tim is the main man. Charlotte is brilliant. Very professional, both Tim and Charlotte go out of their way to accommodate you and work hard to get the right result. Pleased with the result of my Crown Court case and if I ever got in trouble again I’d use them in the future. My only suggestion would be that the barrister I had is more feisty on her feet! Aftab didn’t even turn up for me at court yesterday , no message or anything . I understand that things can happen at the last minute , but Aftab promised that he would be there for me . I sat waiting for him for over 90 minutes , crying and shaking I was that scared , a lady came and tried to calm me down , but to no avail , I was so distressed . Then out of the blue this man appeared who said he would be representing me . I was horrified , I’d never met this solicitor before , he didn’t even know me and he knew very little about my case. I will never need a solicitor again , but I would never recommend this company . What happened yesterday was cruel and unkind . Equally and Diversity springs to mind .

I dont like leaving bad reviews. But my case was dealt with just for a quick £600 by Aftab and insisted in full payment in cash as soon as i told him what the case was about he took £600 in cash. I told him i can make a bank transfer or cone the office as it was round the corner from blackburn magistrates court. But he said no cash only i presume he wanted to dodge the taxman as i asked him 4 or 5 tines for a receipt wich he never gave me and got me the worst result possible. He is asian over weight male in his late 40's. It was a driving offence when the judge called us in this solictor aftab had the cheek to say im just about to eat my lunch. He made the judge wait another 30mins whilst he gobbled his 2 double burger. I was getting frustrated and when we went in you could tell the judge and jury were not happy at all as they had to wait half hour extra. Due to him not representing me properly he got me a the worst possible outcome. I do not recommend using fmb for anything unless u want a long sentence or want to fail in court and pay a big fine. Aftab in the other hand needs to take his clients more seriously. Rather than taking a solictor from fmb you rather represent yourself. I hope they learn from this and treat they clients with upmost respect amd get us the results they promis ewe are the ones who pay they wages.

The FMB Team First of all a massive THANKYOU to Tim and the FMB team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I was referred to FMB two years ago by a friend of mine whom Aftab had helped out previously, after being arrested and accused of something I didn’t do. Tim was in charge of my case and all I have to say is W⭐️W and a massive Thankyou again. We were in constant communication throughout the process. He kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I was 100% okay with every decision and every step taken. Even during non working hours, he would respond to my messages and calls, making sure I was doing okay aswell. He probably has no idea how much this helped me mentally, knowing I could talk to him like a younger brother to a big brother and he’d listen. Tim followed up other issues on my behalf, contacting the authorities and eventually getting everything sorted. He and Barrister Mr Lally who represented me at trial are like Harvey Specter and Mike Ross haha. (Watch the TV show : Suits) I hope Mr Lally sees this and knows how grateful I am. Present every single day of my trial and at every stage. Gave me the best advice and represented me to the best of their abilities. Top Class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will always be grateful and will always still drop a text every now and then just to make sure you are doing okay. I would highly recommend FMB to anyone and everyone.
