Philip & Alix helped me navigate a particularly difficult sale due to issues with my ancient leasehold and subsequent issues with obtaining the freehold title. They were persistent in their efforts to bring the sale to conclusion leaving no stone unturned. Have already recommended their services to ex-neighbours in respect of their own leasehold agreements.
