worst customer service ever
We contacted Fairmont Legal regarding a serious medical negligence claim, around 12 months ago. We signed with them and they assured us they would be in contact as soon as they had collected all the relevant information. We never heard from them again, we constantly had to chase them and the person handling the claim Nick Berry was never available, we were told he was out of the office and would call back, this never happened. This week we rang and were finally able to speak to Nick who had absolutely no clue about the case at all, asking me to tell him about it as he could not access the notes and the person who had been working on it had left. It was just excuse after excuse, he couldn't even manage to call me by my correct name and was very dismissive. Needless to say we are now looking for a new solicitor! I would absolutely NOT recommend using Nick Berry, i cant speak for the rest of the team.
