i had a road car accident in jan 2018, by march 2018 i gave my injury claim to a well known accident management company in Bolton, they gave my injury claim to Lex solicitors. My case handler at first was Imtiaz Patel who guided my and advised me i also met his colleague Usama who gave me assurances that my claim was in safe hands. Then came 2020 me and my partner were really worried after reading lex solicitors reviews online but by then my case was given to an amazing solicitor Noman. In our initial telephone conversation i knew he was the best rep on my side because he didn't tell me what i wanted to hear he was straight up with me. i asked him how come its taking so long to get my case settled even thee third party has accepted fault and i also told him other firms have told me different story and it doesn't take this long. Norman told me that my case is complex as i had to leave my job due to my injuries suffered physically and mentally. he told me if i want peanuts he can settle the case within 14 days , but looking at my injuries i wanted to be compensated accordingly. i also didn't want to pursue a loss of earning to which Noman strongly advised against luckily i took his advised. i got my compensation after 3 years ( 1 year delay due to covid19 ) but once i saw the amount Noman negotiated for me it was worth it .
ok some reviews on here are absolutely bs i used to think will i get paid ? is lex going to mess up my claim ? why are lex solicitors not calling me back ? but let me tell you something they will fight for every single penny you deserve. they dont hire any Tom and HARRY, from the barrister to medical professionals i got the best specialists in England if not UK
