I always had to call and send emails to know the progress and I had to wait for more than ten days at a time to get a response. You advertise that cases take between 3 and 6 month mine took more than 10.

I'm so glad I went ahead with liberay, they took care of everything from start to finish, kept me updated throughout the whole process and pushed to get the best outcome. I struggled for years to get my landlord to take my issues seriously from mould/damp issues and things around my property that needed repairing/replacing. Very helpful and friendly and showed so much compassion and understanding, I had the pleasure of dealing with Clara and she didn't stop till the desired outcome was achieved, thank you!

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from an upstairs neigh which resulted in half my ceiling falling down and also occurring in the property due to the fact that the council would not repair my kitchen ceiling, even though I reported it for it well over a year I got this company to represent me and help me move forward with my case against the council they were very professional. The work got resolved, and I also got a new kitchen from the council, which I probably wouldn’t have got unless this company hadn’t helped me. They are very good very professional and also very helpful.

The only issue is how long it's took nearly 3 years the council are a joke Julie has done a great job in my opion it's not there fault to how long it takes but things got moving quickly by sending them emails also keeping me always in the loop i got compensation after it was took to court yes bad experience with council they just don't want to do anything yet they expect you to live with mould n dampness defective property the amount of times I spoke with them to do these repairs there's so much inside and out and I had to get solicitor's onto this and I'm very pleased that now theve breached things will start getting done at my property I would def recommend liberal solicitors all I can say is I hope they don't breach again as sick of it all take your rent and expect you to live with all these issues in the property.
Once again anyone who reads this you can't go wrong with using liberal solicitors you will not regret it.
