It didn’t start off well, change in case handler again and again, I felt ignored. Until Rebecca Ell***n picked my case up, she was great. Excellent communication and understanding and a pleasure to engage with. She’s an asset to their team!! I didn’t get a huge payout, but having a roof leak all I wanted was a repair. Something the housing was reluctant to do, instructed Liberay and scaffolding was up in less than 4 days and leak fixed.

Well 4 years ago my roof started leaking. My land lord didn’t respond for 15 months, that’s when I saw an add for housing disrepair and to cut a long story short Liberay legal was on my side. Within three weeks a property assessor came and took a full damage report and within a year my Claim was finally settled out of court. I was very happy with the service that was provided to me with special thanks and attention to Natalie Tomlinson who handled my Claim. I finally received my check on the 13th of June this year and was very happy indeed with the outcome. I would highly recommend this service to anyone Is Where their landlord thinks it’s okay for people to live in poor damp mouldy conditions I can’t praise them enough for the service they have provided. Do not think twice ! We are over few years with them they will call get your details sent a fake people around claiming that they will help but in the end nothing. Mind you they claim money from the government with your details our housing disrepair claim never help us in nothing. Am gutted fed up like being scammed. That star means rubbish.
