Very good experience and realy helped to get my repairs dine
Great job done by Rebecca Ellison. My landlord had denied liability and refused to settle my longstanding Disrepair claim but Rebecca who only recently started at the firm was very prompt and managed to settle my claim with a reasonable compensation that I am happy with. Do not think twice ! We are over few years with them they will call get your details sent a fake people around claiming that they will help but in the end nothing. Mind you they claim money from the government with your details our housing disrepair claim never help us in nothing. Am gutted fed up like being scammed. That star means rubbish.
