Bad experience and never use them again. I wasn't told about the charge until the money was ready. Before I was told 35% excluding vat. So they almost took half of the money. So disappointed

Was overall easy quick experience very kind and easy to understand thank you
All the work that I had repeatedly asked the housing trust sanctuary to repair ignored for 5 years they have all been done and I ended up with over a grand compensation. Liberty still keep in touch to address any new problems arising glad I trusted me gut I don't usually engage with face to face house calls but I'd come to face the fact I couldn't do it alone I would like to thank Phoebe for convincing me as a single dad of two kids with autism I had a right to clean house not mouldy without rain coming through roof every night to my kids bedrooms and it was Joanne who took over and has fought for me to get the repairs done and on a time scale ✨
Well 4 years ago my roof started leaking. My land lord didn’t respond for 15 months, that’s when I saw an add for housing disrepair and to cut a long story short Liberay legal was on my side. Within three weeks a property assessor came and took a full damage report and within a year my Claim was finally settled out of court. I was very happy with the service that was provided to me with special thanks and attention to Natalie Tomlinson who handled my Claim. I finally received my check on the 13th of June this year and was very happy indeed with the outcome. I would highly recommend this service to anyone Is Where their landlord thinks it’s okay for people to live in poor damp mouldy conditions I can’t praise them enough for the service they have provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is going through landlord this repairs. My thanks again to Liberay Legal and Natalie. It is definitely a five star service.

Do not think twice ! We are over few years with them they will call get your details sent a fake people around claiming that they will help but in the end nothing. Mind you they claim money from the government with your details our housing disrepair claim never help us in nothing. Am gutted fed up like being scammed. That star means rubbish.
