So to start with they took 3 and a half years (and counting) to deal with a small claim. They told me the day that I was meant to receive my money that the 3rd party has gone into liquidation?? Even though they would’ve known about that months ago. My solicitor is so rude and doesn’t apologise for anything, she’s unprofessional and makes it seem like she cannot wait to get off the phone with you. Worst solicitors me and my family have ever dealt with. They also take 25% of your final outcome
