My son was facing a difficult situation with his ex-partner refusing access to his son/daughter. She would not speak to him and refused mediation. We were therfore forced down the route of issuing private proceedings. Tina was very approachable and explained everything in a straightforward and professional manner. Jacquie took on a long standing issue which would involve lots of people and some resilience. Jacquie kept me absolutely sane through this exhausting process, made it as simple as possible for me and endured I understood what the other solicitors were doing at every step. Thank you for your patience and sorting this for me.

Jacquie Birkett was not only a fantastic solicitor but really quite compassionate in what was a very testing time when going through a divorce. She kept me updated at all times. There were some delays through no fault of Jacquies but down to Covid. I was always kept well informed. Crucially, I was always confident that Jacquie was doing her utmost on my behalf. I couldn't possibly do the staff here any justice with my use English, but I'll try my best. Jacquie Birkett and her colleagues dealt with me and my case for two years during an extremely difficult time for my family and I. Every single obstacle (and land mine) possible lay in our way but Birkett & Co always found the time for my family and our problems, no matter how small. Jacquie has an incredible amount of knowledge and capability in her field. Above all else, this is a business made up of people who genuinely care about their clients and their work. More specifically, I'd recommend Jacquie and Birkett and Co to any suffers of abuse (coercive, financial etc) within their family case. There's an alarming amount of other solicitors acting with no training or empathy regarding the matter. In contrast, Jacquie and her team have no form of bias, and is therefore capable of holding those that do accountable for their words and actions. If you're looking for a solicitor for your child, brother, sister, friend or grandchild, I can't recommend Jacquie enough. Jacquie not only kept a close eye on my case, but on myself. She made sure I was okay and helped me deal with my anxieties and all the pressure I was facing. She genuinely cared for my daughter and I, and it showed in her work. If it wasn't for the hard work, knowledge and perseverance of this team, I dread to think what would of happened to my daughter and I. There would have been no one else I would have wanted by my side. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
