I am extremely pleased and satisfied by the conveyancing service provided by JP Goldman team. Very clear and prompt response to emails and queries. Being a first time buyer I was properly guided and supported by the solicitor at every stage .Everything was handled very efficiently and that's the reason why without any delays we were able to complete the buying process and move in.

The day of completion I was told that the original signed documents were not sent to the other party when they were explicitly asked for. JP Goldman tried to send electronic copies, when they were informed that this was insufficient with plenty of time and notice given. A simple, part of the process was ignored, leaving me stressed and upset on the day that was supposed to be a special day. This was a week before christmas and I then had to wait a further 6 weeks before completion took place. I have opened a case with the legal ombudsman after my last contact with them in June. I'm lucky I didn't lose my mortgage offer or my house. I would not believe all the anonymous reviews on here or trustpilot.

We had a clear and supportive journey to buying our new property.
JP Goldman were recommended to us by our mortgage advisor. Our case handler was Elif who was fantastic from start to finish. We were kept updated at all stages throughout the process and she was always available when we needed advice.
