Awful! Avoid. We were advised that they would take on our case to Assit with with the possesion of my property and rent arrears, we kept getting told we had to do different things and serve different notices and then when we were trying to get things moving we had to continuously chase for replies and updates, and every time we were chasing them we were being charged for sending them emails and voicemail messages being left for them, and when they did email back or call back we were then being charged for that! we were also charged because our tenant made a call to them, the bills just kept racking up, our savings were going down and we live off a state pension and we were getting no further forward, the tenant then made a counter claim against me for harrasment and discrimination and then it got worse, we felt like Amin Haque was working for the tenant yet we were paying for it. We then dis-instructed ourselves from them after 11 months as we had paid a huge amount of money to them for services and got no where, they then dragged there heels in sending all information to our new legal team. After switching to a new legal team we did not only get impeccable service from them and at half the cost, but we also won the entire claim for Possesion, rent arrears, legal costs and the litigation counter claim was completely thrown out as it was not proven to be a valid claim from the tenant. My advice to any landlord out there is do not use Amin Haque.

I had a housing disrepair for 3 years and I did come across with Amin solicitors. Finally I can rest and stop struggling to get get it done. They own the case and they always let me know how everything works every single step. Timi was brilliant and let me know what was happening, super friendly and I felt I could count on Timi.
