Selling my house using Kjd law for conveyancing company suggested by my estate agents. Currently 26 weeks has passed and we are only half way trough the process. The average time for a house to compete is 12 weeks! Avoid this company!

I had an amazing experience with KJD on the purchase of our first ever home (full cash buyers) the legal and admin are all lovely, really understanding and accommodating. Our whole process took 4 months and 2 weeks to complete and that was with a lot of complications due to a death in the sellers family. They were amazing at notifying us throughout the whole process. They dealt with me constantly calling and emailing about the process and with being a complete novice to the whole thing we didn’t have a clue of how the process would be but they helped all of that. It’s been totally seamless on our behalf they have handled absolutely everything for us which just made the process much easier of course! Very professional and I couldn’t ask for more from the whole team but I have to say a huge thank you to Mr Leigh Rothwell who was dealing with our case. I don’t know how he coped with how much I was contacting and hounding him for a completion date. Calling him daily constantly, he’s such a lovely lad and deserves to be recognised. I dealth with KJD Law with regards to my late mother's estate and probate, HELEN BALDWIN was the solicitor I dealt with and what a lovely polite lady, she explained everything and was understanding to my circumstances, HELEN dealt with everything professionally and courteously. The 5 Start Reviews Must Be All Fake!
The app provides frequent updates, but I found them mostly unhelpful. Communication during my case was poor, and I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. In my experience, working with Lydia Cunliffe was frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and responsiveness, and I found her manner to be quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
