Extremely slow
Selling my house using Kjd law for conveyancing company suggested by my estate agents. Currently 26 weeks has passed and we are only half way trough the process. The average time for a house to compete is 12 weeks! Avoid this company!

The worst of a bad bunch shall I say? Could go on with a long list of incompetence from these lot regarding a no chain conveyancing job. Took almost 6 months and on the day of completion they released the funds at five o clock on the friday and the lady who bought the house couldn't pick the keys up for her new home because the estate agents were closed. And the they only released my funds on the Monday. Whatever your staff training is i don't think they have quite grasp the concept of communication and customer care. AVOID !!!! If anyone can recommend a good firm i would really appreciate it.

I dealth with KJD Law with regards to my late mother's estate and probate, HELEN BALDWIN was the solicitor I dealt with and what a lovely polite lady, she explained everything and was understanding to my circumstances, HELEN dealt with everything professionally and courteously. The 5 Start Reviews Must Be All Fake!
The app provides frequent updates, but I found them mostly unhelpful. Communication during my case was poor, and I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. In my experience, working with Lydia Cunliffe was frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and responsiveness, and I found her manner to be quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
