12 points - Scarsdales instructed to ensure I didn't receive a driving ban.
People only have confidence in reviews if they are true - not with the bad filtered out. A fair and balanced review has been requested. This was a case of three distinct parts: Part 1. Preparation from their office was good and thorough and their experience showed. Part 2. Magistrates Court. I went into the hearing with confidence. They sent a man based close to the court who I can only give 1 out 10 to - and the 1 is for turning up. He was inept in extreme. I was furious. And received a ban. Part 3. The Appeal. Scarsdales took this very seriously. An in-house solicitor was very good in preparing the appeal. He appointed a very competent barrister and this time in Crown Court the ban was quickly overturned by a Judge on the grounds of extreme hardship. I believe that a supporting letter from a medical Consultant swung it.

My Name is Yuliyan back in 2024 i had a situation in wich i end up with failed to provide specimen.After that i did choose to use Scarsdale solicitors.When i did that i had a video call with Shazia A and we went though everything she did assured me that they can deal with my case the best possible way.After 2024 there were a few more hearings in 2025 and 2026 wich during that time i was having update regularly of how the case is going.I have a massive thank you and appreciation to Chelsea Thomas i did bother her in any possible way and she was very professional and answered to every single question of mine.Today on my trial day the person wich have represented me appointed from Scarsdale it was more then professional he was in court hours before my trial time wich was 10am and he did make me stay very calm.At the end my case was dismissed wich is the best outcome.Very much thank you again to all of the Scarsdale solicitors team,Shazia,ChelseaMr Marcus.I definitely recommend the Scarsdale solicitors if anyone needs assistance with any matter thats the right firm to use for it.

Very bad service
I have been involved in a motoring offence and approached Scarsdale Solicitors-I had such a bad experience ,After making the payment,there was no contact or response,Shazia never answered the calls and kept cancelling the scheduled meetings.It was so stressful and they never requested for a case file at all.The worst thing was when I met the Barrister at the court,He didn’t have a clue about my case.Such an awful service.

Failure of representation
Failed to represent me at my trial and very slow and vague with responses. provided barrister with no knowledge of my case, who then refused to raise any of my valid points. I am now facing my case without representation and trying to undo their damage as a litigant in person. I could not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. It started out not so good but that was on my part through nerves and not understanding procedure and process but once Chelsea got hold of the case it went from strength to strength. She explained every step of the way and guided me through each phase explaining everything then Ruth was prompt with sending out all necessary documents . Chelsea way always on the phone or email to answer any questions I had and there was many due to worry I had surrounding my charges . The CPS made things difficult but Chelsea was relentless in chasing them down and holding them accountable which through that hard work and professionalism lead to my result in court Chelsea left the cps with no where to go on the day other then to admit they had no evidence. So for me NFA I keep my licence my job and my future all thanks to Chelsea ,Ruth and scardales thank you to all involved. James sherlock

Very helpful
I found Scardales Solicitors very helpful, as they helped my wife and family members get their visa’s from Vietnam, that were quite difficult to obtain. Scardales helped us throughout the process and made the necessary steps for us to get the correct documentation needed and helped us all through the whole application. Shazia and her staff were very supportive and I would recommend anyone to use them for any kind of visa / settlement applications as they made a difficult application quite straightforward and we got everything we needed in good time.
